PVC Pipe Extruding Machine
PVC pipe making machine / PVC pipe extrusion production line is mainly used in the manufacture of the UPVC and PVC pipes with various pipe diameter and wall thickness, such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, water supply and water drainage, electric conduit pipe etc.
This line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter, stacker etc. The screw extruder is equipped with Siemens beide brand motor and ABB brand inverter, The vacuum pump and traction motor both adopt advanced products. The haul-off machine has many models for different diameter pipes, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw etc. For the cutter, you can choose lift cutting blade type and no-dust cutting type.Our PVC pipe extrusion production line is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.
Process flow:
PVC powder + additive → mixing
Spring feeder → twin screw extruder → mould → vacuum calibration machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker
Our extrusion line can produce the PVC pipe with diameter from 16mm to 630mm
